1 Tablespoon per 2 cups of boiling water,
Steep for 15-20 minutes or to desired strength.
In a clean jar add 4 Tablespoons per 2 quarts of filtered water,
Steep in direct sunlight for 6-8 hours or to desired strength.
Strain & store in the refrigerator.
Follow brewing instructions using a glass jar and lid. After pouring in the loose tea & boiling water, tightly close the lid & steep overnight. Strain & refrigerate.
*If desired, brewed loose tea can be eaten. Perfect to put in your morning oatmeal!
About 20 servings. Can be re-brewed up to 3 times.
